Amy is the creator/facilitator of our clinic’s unique group physiotherapy class, Mindful Movement for Pelvic Pain, a 90-min offering that provides a safe space for individuals living with chronic pelvic pain to share their experiences and explore gentle movement.
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Amy worked as an Instructor with the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at Dalhousie University. In her spare time, you’ll often find her at the beach with her family, practicing yoga, or reading a good book!
